Smart home technology at the heart of every Danwood
As Intelidom Group, we design and deploy comprehensive smart home systems across Danwood and Vision by Danwood projects throughout Europe. Our systems enable full integration of home elements from a single mobile application — including automated lighting control, remote management of 230V outlets, remote water shutoff in case of leak detection, heating and cooling management, blind and shutter control, security sensors, multi-zone audio (SONOS AMP), and smart lock integration (Gerda Tedee). Every system is configured to meet individual client needs, including full language and functional customisation of the mobile application.
Case study: Danwood Next in Germany
One of our most recent projects is the Danwood Next show home located in Fellbach, Germany. The 145 m² building was comprehensively equipped with a FIBARO wireless automation system by Intelidom Group — a showcase investment demonstrating that technology can raise property value while enhancing everyday comfort and safety. Our team was responsible for programming the application in German, full functional adaptation to the specific rooms, and complete system commissioning before handover.
